Installation method/installation conditions
Installed in the space under the belt conveyor legs
Easy installation, just thread the belt through!
Conditions for installation
(1) When installing the Bell Wash in position ① above, the distance between the legs must be 1500mm or more, and there must be no obstacles inside the belt conveyor. (When installing the Bell Wash in position ② above, the distance between the legs must be 1200mm or more.)
(2) The height between the floor and the conveyor belt must be at least 570 mm.
(3) There are no large scratches on the conveyor belt. (Scratches on the belt can cause dirt to accumulate and make it difficult to wipe off evenly.)
(4) An ambell cannot be installed on a conveyor belt that is installed at an angle.
(5) It is desirable to install the conveyor drive unit at the rear of the Amvel main body. It is desirable that the conveyor belt has a meander-free structure. (Installation is possible even if the conveyor belt does not have a meander-free structure.)
(6) The length of the belt conveyor must be 2000 mm or more. The overall length of the conveyor belt is not important. A resin conveyor belt with a smooth surface is preferable.
