Belt conveyor integrated type
The Amber CA type is a type that combines a conveyor and an Amber, aimed at customers who are installing a new belt conveyor. This combination maximizes the cleaning capabilities of the Amber, creating the safest and most secure sanitary environment. (Belt widths available: 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm)
Removes residual dirt and disinfects
(1) A specially developed alcohol cleaning agent (Bell Wash) is sprayed onto the belt surface using a special spray nozzle.
(2) Remove any remaining dirt with the two-stage scraper.
(3) The contact between the belt and scraper is always maintained at an equal load, preventing uneven scraping.
(4) The special fiber nonwoven fabric (Bell Wiper) wipes the entire width of the belt evenly and stably, preventing bacteria from being carried over.
Residue is disposed of without secondary contamination
The removed residue is stored in the scraper box, which can be removed with a single touch for easy cleaning.
Increased productivity
(1) The conveyor is integrated into the Amber A type, and the compact design allows for a total length of 1500 mm or more, making it suitable for installation anywhere. (It is ideal for installation on short conveyors.)
(2) The conveyor is easy to move, and the belt can be easily attached and detached.
(3) Residue and dirt removal and bacterial count control can be performed stably and unmanned, significantly improving work efficiency.
(4) This device can be set to energy-saving operation according to the operating status of the production line (even if it breaks down, the line will not stop).
