Why did you choose Ambel?
The demonstration at FOOMA left a strong impression on me and I was intrigued. After hearing more about it, I became convinced that this would lead to reduced cleaning time when changing products and improved productivity.
Please tell us about the effects and changes you have seen since introducing Amber.
Approximately 10 items are manufactured per day on one production line. Previously, the 10m-long conveyor was cleaned every time a product was changed, but this required turning the conveyor speed to its maximum, spraying alcohol, and wiping it down, which took approximately five minutes. After introducing the Ambel, this process was eliminated, and those five minutes could be used for other tasks, which improved production efficiency.
Additionally, from a quality control perspective, the arrangement of egg sushi, which previously could not be done on a conveyor belt, can now be done as line work, greatly improving work efficiency.
